I thought that the kitchen was cute and adequate with its retro 1970's brown and green but Gini recommended pops of red, like a kitchen towel, a rug a colander - inexpensive but necessary items - and wow, did it ever make a difference. Her design background really helped me make decisions and improve the overall flow of the house. She pushed me to make the house look the best it possibly could, but also kept in mind my budget and helped me to make small changes that had big impact. We found Gini to be charming, very accessible and at the same time, very professional. We interviewed other RE agents before deciding on Gini.
